The Environmental Information accompanying the application has been taken into account in reaching this decision. (Cuthedge Lane, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cuthedge Lane, Coggeshall in the Braintree District, from its junction with Scrip's Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th June 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005MU1WNGA00IBQ1A9AF01 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Cuthedge Lane, Church Road, The Street, A120 From J A131/M256 To J B1024 North Of Coggeshall, Coggeshall Road, Stock Street, Coggeshall Bypass, Bypass Link, West Street, Bridge Street, Grange Hill, Kelvedon Road, Scrip's Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 07/04/2017
