Essex County Council (Bridleway 34 (Snivellers Footcrossing) Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Bridleway 34 (Snivellers Footcrossing)
in the District of Braintree, from a point 20 metres either side of the crossing.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd April 2017 to 20th April 2017 20:00 to 06:00
or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public while track renewal work is undertaken.
No alternative route available.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd April 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.

Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 Public Path Diversion Order 2017 Footpaths 22, 26 And 30 Terling in The District Of Braintree
The above Orders made on 17th March, 2017 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert public Footpaths in the Parish of Terling as shown on the Order maps contained in these Orders.
A part length of Footpath 22 Terling starting from grid reference 57605,21450 where it connects to Footpath 23 Terling running in a southerly direction for a distance of 61 metres to grid reference 57597,21441 then continuing in a south westerly direction north of the ponds then in a westerly direction towards the field boundary for a further distance of approximately 251 metres to grid reference 57601,21443 will be diverted to an alternative route commencing from the same above point and running in a south westerly direction along the existing field boundary for a total distance of 275 metres to the aforementioned above point where it continues unaffected. A part length of Footpath 26 Terling starting from grid reference 5763,21464 where it connects to the highway and proceeding in a southerly direction across the field for a total distance of approximately 568 metres to where it connects with Footpath 29 at grid reference 57637,21409 will be diverted to an alternative route commencing from grid reference 57614,21455 where it connects to Footpath 22 Terling and running in a south then south easterly direction along the field boundary continuing around the boundary of the woodland known as Craigments Spring for a total distance of 615 metres to grid reference 57632,21407 where it connects to Footpath 28 Terling being 54 metres further to the south west than the current path. A part length of Footpath 30 Terling starting from grid reference 57589,21411 on Sparrows Hall Lane and running in a south westerly direction between the buildings of Rolls Farm then continuing south of the ponds then in a south easterly direction along the existing track for a total distance of 496 metres to grid reference 57564,21377 at Ringers Wood will be diverted to an alternative route commencing from grid reference 57600,21398 on Sparrows Hall Lane opposite where Footpath 28 commences and running in a south westerly direction along the field boundary on the southern side of the hedge then through the hedge to the northern side of the hedge via the existing track for a total distance of 420 metres to the same above point where it continues unaffected.
A further part length of Footpath 30 Terling starting from grid reference 57540,21325 on the parish boundary with Boreham and running in a north north easterly direction across the field for a total distance of 327 metres to the south west corner of Ringers Wood at grid reference 57551,2135 will be diverted to an alternative route commencing from the same above point and running in a north easterly direction along an existing track then along the field boundary to grid reference 57563,21349 at a point south of Ringers Wood, then continuing in a west north westerly direction following the boundary of Ringers Wood to where it continues unaffected. A copy of the Orders and Order Maps have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Braintree District Council Offices and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
Any representation about or objection to an Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Laurence Page and addressed to the Definitive Map Team, Essex County Council, A2 Seax House, County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1QH, no later than 27th April, 2017 and should state the grounds on which it is made. Please include an email address in your contact information. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. Order 2016
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council on 15 March 2017 confirmed the above mentioned Order and it took effect on that day.
The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map for the County of Essex by:-
1. Deleting a length of footpath 99 Felsted, from Evelyn Road, running south-eastwards alongside, and within, the western boundaries of Red Oaks and Mace Dell, and crossing the southern boundary of the latter property to meet the unaffected section of footpath 99.

2. Adding a length of footpath 99 Felsted from Evelyn Road, running south-eastwards alongside, and within, the eastern boundary of the recreation ground, crossing the south­eastern boundary of the recreation ground to meet the unaffected section of footpath 99.

A copy of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Uttlesford District Council, Council Offices, London Road, Saffron Walden CB11 4ER and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, Chelmsford, where copies will be available on request at a charge.
Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director for Essex Legal Services, Essex County Council, Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1 QH, to arrive not later than 18 May 2017 and it is requested that the grounds on which it is made are stated
If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 have not been complied with in relation to it, he may within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 15 to the Act. (Station Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Witham in the Braintree District, from its junction with Avenue Road to a point 100 m north where it joins to Bairds Malt access. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd June 2017 for 18 days, or where stated on a valid permit. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsford End Road, Toppesfield in the Braintree District, from its junction with Carters Hill for approximately 2170m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works

(Waltham Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Waltham Road, Terling in the Braintree District, from its junction with Oakfield Lane for a distance of 35m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC30034766159 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Rolls Farm Lane, Terling Hall Road, Flacks Green, Doms Lane, Gambles Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Chipping Hill, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chipping Hill, Witham in the Braintree District, from a point 125m east of its junction with Saxon Drive for a further distance of 35m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC22234699501 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The Order will come into effect on 6th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mumfords Hill, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mumfords Hill, Wethersfield in
the Braintree District, from its junction with Rotten End to its junction with Blackmore End for a
distance of approximately 878m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd May 2017 for
4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works
(EP201EH2225099 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed
on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and
workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Water Hall Lane, Shalford in
the Braintree District, from its junction with Rotten End and its junction with Braintree Road for
approximately 740m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2017 for 4 days, or
where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rotten End, Wethersfield in the Braintree District, from its junction with Waterhall Lane and its junction with Oak Hill for a distance of approximately 537m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th May 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2225075 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mumfords Hill, Oak Hill, Gosfield Road, Sandhill Lane, Braintree Road, Wethersfield Road, The Street, Water Hall Lane, Rotten End and vice versa.
