Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership In exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order:
1. To revoke No Waiting At Any Time and replace with Limited Waiting 30 Mins No Return Within 1 Hour on the following length of road in the District of Tendring
Road Description
Main Road- South side from a point level with the west facing boundary wall of number 721 Main Upper Road for a distance of 17.0 metres west
Dovercourt South side 27.7 metres west from a point level with the west facing boundary wall of number 721 Main Road for a distance of 9.0 metres west
2. To introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring
Watson Road-Clacton on Sea Watson Road-Clacton on Sea
North side from the boundary of numbers 22 & 24 Herbert Road to a point level with the south east facing boundary wall of number 30 Herbert Road North side from a point level with the north west facing boundary wall of number 30 Herbert Road, north west to its termination point
South east side 12.5 metres north east from the junction with St Osyth Road to a point 7.0 metres south west from the junction with Herbert Road North west side 12.5 metres north east from the junction with St Osyth Road for a distance of 39.7 metres north east

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TM075 160 to revision 2, TM075 162 to revision 2, TM080 162 to revision 4, TM150 132 to revision 3, TM150 130 to revision 4, TM170 152 to revision 13, TM165 150 to revision 5, TM170 150 to revision 9, TM230 305 to revision 4, TM230 307 to revision 4, TM060 245 to revision 2, TM060 242 to revision 2 and by inserting tile numbers TM080165&TM190 272.

(Little Clacton Road, Clacton)(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close opposite no 28 Little Clacton Road, Clacton in the Tendring District, for a distance approximately 22 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th May 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0081000569798 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay new service works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution.

An alternative route is available via Constable Avenue, Cottage Grove, St Johns Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works
have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Plough Road, Great Bentley)(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Plough Road, Great Bentley in the Tendring District, from St Marys Road to Weeley Road for a distance approximately 48 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AD037SM53242919 - Anglian Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Dead Lane, Holly Bush Hill, Dial Road, Clacton Road, Church Road, Station Road, Great Bentley Road, Thorrington Road and vice versa.
