NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at the Mailings, King Edward Quay and land to the south of Distillery Lane, The Hythe, Colchester.
I give notice that Woadguard Ltd. & Newdex Ltd. are applying for planning permission to demolish existing buildings and redevelop the site for mixed-use including provision of associated infrastructure and drainage works following land remediation.
Any owner of the land (namely a freeholder or a person entitled to an unexpired term of at least seven years under a lease) who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Colchester Borough Council within 21 days of this notice at:
