that application is being made by Roe Partners, for planning permission for a Residential Development comprising the erecton of 14No. Flats. 22No. Houses and Village Shop with Flat over. Resurfacing of Strathmore Road and construction of Access Road and Parking.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Maldon District Council Local Planning Authority address: Council Offices, Princes Road Maldon Essex CM9 5DL.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
