NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION.


Proposed development at:
Unit 18, Lakes Farm, Rayne, Braintree, Essex. CM77 6TE .

Take notice that application is being made by Strutt & Parker for Mr & Mrs P R Mortier to:
Erection of replacement building and associated hardstanding and use of the building for motor vehicle repairs and MOT testing station, B1 (light industrial ) and B8 (storage and distribution)
Application submitted to: Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Braintree, Essex. CM9 9HB

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of this notice.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
