NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION.

Proposed development at: Land between 86 Culver Street East and Rear of Red Lion Yard.Colchester, Essex.

For planning permission to:Construction of a steel fire escape from the first floor of Lisle House, Red Lion Yard, onto the land between 86, Culver Street East and rear of red Lion Yard.

Take Notice that application is being made by Lion Walk Property S. A.R.L. , Mr Max La-Frenais

Application submitted to.Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, Essex.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of this notice.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land
