(Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Burrows Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Homefield Way for a distance of approximately 235m in a south easterly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the One way restriction in that length of Burrows Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from it junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 38m in a northerly direction as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (One Way) Order 2014' for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30024261158 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Hillie Bunnies, Queens Road, High Street,and vice versa (with access into Burrows Road).
The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colne Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Levitts Corner for a distance of approximately 1700m in a south westerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2323076 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Byndes Corner, Pebmarsh Road, Sudbury Road, Head Street, Colchester Road, Parley Beams, Stonebridge Hill, Halstead Road, Station Road, Elms Hall Road, Church Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Old Road, Bradwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old Road, Bradwell in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Lane for a distance of approximately 750m in a north westerly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th January 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT025-E-TYCR - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. No diversion is available for this closure.
The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pebmarsh Road, Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pebmarsh Road, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 435m south east of the junction with Colne Engaine Road for a distance of approximately 1475m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322948 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Pebmarsh Road, Church Street, Station Road, Elms Hall Road, Halstead Road, Stonebridge Hill, Parley Beams, Colchester Road, Head Street, Sudbury Road, Byndes Corner, Colne Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Queens Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Queens Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hillie Bunnies for a distance of approximately 180m in a south westerly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the One way restriction in that length of Burrows Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from it junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 38m in a northerly direction as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Burrows Road, Earls Colne) (One Way) Order 2014' for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30051267380 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via High Street, Burrows Road, Hillie Bunnies and vice versa (with access into Monks Road).
The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Road, Little Yeldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Road, Little Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 305m south west of its junction with North End Road for a distance of approximately 520m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00802FEBEA4LQE21 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Little Yeldham Road, Leather Lane, Bridge Street, High Street, Poole Street, Hedingham Road, Yeldham Road, Crouch Green, Swan Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Halstead Road, Halstead Road - A1124, Head Street, Sudbury Road, Park Road, Catley Cross, Long Gardens, Sudbury Road - Bulmer Tye - A131, Bulmer Tye, Ballingdon Hill, Bulmer Road, Kitchen Hill, Bulmer Street, Lower Houses, North End Road, Hall Green, School Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(White Ash Green, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of White Ash Green, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bradleys Lane to its junction with Sloe Lane a distance of approximately 650m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320843 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Sloe Hill, Chapel Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Hedingham Road, Halstead Road -A1124, Halstead Road, Braintree Road, Halstead Road-Zc5002, White Ash Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(America Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of America Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 95m south east of its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 235m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLRT62R01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via America Road, Tey Road, Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road and vice versa.

(Kings Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kings Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 60m north west of its junction with Tidings Hill for a distance of approximately 95m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010620103 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Kings Road, Parsonage Street, Mallows Field, Colchester Road, Head Street, High Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street.
The Order came into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Morley Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Pretoria Road, Halstead)

(Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Morley Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Head Street for a distance of approximately 55m in a south easterly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the 7.5t weight restriction in that length of Pretoria Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Morley Road to the junction with Colchester Road, as detailed in the 'Essex County Council (Various Roads, Halstead) Order 1993' for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid
permit (BC411SAWCQT5K7X007 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with
appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of
the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Pretoria Road, Colchester Road, Head Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the
works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.13) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 23rd December 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
