Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45,46, 49,53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order:
To introduce: No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester.
Road Description
Avon Way, Colchester WEST SIDE
From the eastern point of the boundary of property number 60, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 17 metres, to the southern point of property number 62.

Avon Way, Colchester WEST SIDE
From the eastern point of the boundary of property number 16, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 13 metres, to the boundary of property number 6.

North Essex Parking Partnership (High Street, Colchester) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Order 2021

Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has Made the following order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
(High Street, Colchester) (Temporary Waiting Restriction) Order 2021
Effects of The Order: To introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on the lengths of road described below. The restrictions are required due to a civic event.
1. To introduce no waiting and no loading on the following length of road in the borough of Colchester.
Road Description
High Street Both sides for its entire length
St Nicholas Street Both sides for its entire length
Head Street Both sides for its entire length
2. To introduce no stopping except taxis on the following length of road in the borough of Colchester.
Road Description
North Hill West side from a point 32 metres north of its junction with Balkeme Passage north for a distance of 28 metres

The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019.
The Order will come into operation at 6pm on 13th November 2021 and will continue in force until 1 pm on 14th November 2021.

(Seaview Avenue, West Mersea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Seaview Avenue, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from outside No 41 to No 45 for approximately 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/11/2021 to 03/12/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while service connection works for new construction site are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via East Road, Fairhaven Avenue, Victoria Esplanade and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15/11/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Briarwood Avenue, Holland on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Briarwood Avenue, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 25m south east of its junction with Park Boulevard for a distance of approximately 45m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th December 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM58476416 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Briarwood Avenue, Fleetwood Avenue, Park Boulevard and vice versa.

(Chappel Road, Fordham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chappel Road, Fordham In the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Penlan Hall Lane for a distance
of approximately 190m in a westedy direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03159424313 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Chappel Road, Chappel Road Hemps Green, Crepping Hall Road, Vemons Road, Halstead Road, Penlan Hall Lane and vice versa. (Coles Oak Lane, Dedham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily dose that length of Coles Oak Lane, Dedham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 435m south east of its junction with Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30060655924 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Foxes Lane, Eight Ash Green in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Halstead Road to its junction with Daisy Green a distance of approximately 720m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001CCESSA1A002447 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd. (Kelvedon Road, Inworth/Tiptree) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of Kelvedon Road, Inworth/Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 30m south east of the junction with Windmill Hill for a distance of approximately 760m in a south easterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 1 st December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320158 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching and manhole repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Station Road, Thorrington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Thorrington in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Great Bentley Road to its junction with Church Road a distance of approximately 35m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th December 2021 for 1 night (23:00-07:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735COC-59-45-111221 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). (Thorpe Road, Clacton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Thorpe Road, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Ravensdale for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th December 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001100762 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Well Street, BrightJingsea In the District of Tendring, from its junction with Church Street, Brightlingsea for a distance of approximately 45m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th December 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001104819 - Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hastings Avenue/Selsey Avenue, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from the junction with West Road to the junction with Bumham Court a distance of approximately 560m.
