(Seaview Avenue, West Mersea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Seaview Avenue, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from outside No 41 to No 45 for approximately 50m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/11/2021 to 03/12/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while service connection works for new construction site are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via East Road, Fairhaven Avenue, Victoria Esplanade and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15/11/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Borough of Colchester) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.25) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order:

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Borough of Colchester) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TM005 242 Revision 3 to 4, TM000 245 Revision 2 to 3 and TM005 245 Revision 1 to 2.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 19 November 2021

of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Britannia Crescent, Wivenhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Britannia Court to its junction with Valfreda Way for a distance of approximately 170m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd December 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320334 - Essex County Council). (Various Roads, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.12) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Colchester, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking

All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. . The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained tor emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
