(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 16) Order 202* Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting Monday to Friday 11 am to 12pm Except on Bank and Public Holidays' where there are currently no restrictions present on Victoria Crescent, Lawford, Manningtree, in the District of Tendring.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TM100 317 and TM100 320 with revision 1. (Low Road, Harwich) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Low Road, Harwich in the District of Tendring, from Abbott Road for 40m west.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Low Road, Harwich in the District of Tendring, from Abbott Road for 40m west.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/09/2021 to 24/09/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction of new manhole (S50-1725) works are undertaken. The alternative route will be via B1414, B1352, B1414, Mill Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 13/09/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
