(Grange Road, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Road, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 140m south west of its junction with School Lane for a distance of approximately 70m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001079984 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Grange Road, Ardleigh Road, Shop Road, Bromley Road, Chequers Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
