(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. 19) Order 20**

Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:

1. To revoke the existing 'No Stopping on School Keep Clear Marking Mon-Fri 8am-4.00pm on the following length of road in the District of Harlow.
Road Description
Paringdon Road NORTH EAST SIDE: from its junction with Maunds Hatch, for a distance of approximately 86 metres, In a north easterly direction.

2. To implement 'No Stopping at any Time' on the following length of road in the District of Harlow.
Road Description
Paringdon Road NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point approximately 5 metres north east from Its junction with the northern kerb line of Maunds Hatch, for a distance of approximately 18 metres In a north easterly direction.

3. To implement 'No Stopping Mon-Fri 8.00am-4.00pm' on the following length of road in the District of Harlow.'
Road Description
Paringdon Road NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point approximately 23 metres north east from its junction with Maunds Hatch, for a distance of approximately 58 metres.
Paringdon Road SOUTH EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 21 metres north east from its junction with Maunds Hatch, for a distance of approximately 71 metres in a north easterly direction.

4. To implement 'No Stopping' on the following length of road in the District of Harlow.
Road Description
Paringdon Road SOUTH EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 6 metres north east from its junction with Maunds Hatch, for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tiles TL445 075, TL450 075 revision 0 to revision 1.

(Mannock Drive, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary

Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Mannock Drive, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Burney Drive to its junction with Thatchers Close a distance of approximately 246m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Mannock Drive, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Bumey Drive to its junction with Thatchers Close a distance of approximately 246m.

3. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315930 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mannock Drive, Goldingham Avenue, Burney Drive and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tawneys Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tawneys Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Bushey Croft to its junction with Rushes Mead a distance of approximately 110m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 tor 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30068509962 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Southern Way, Tillwicks Road, Tendring Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Theydon Road, Epping/Theydon Bois) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Theydon Road, Epping/Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Ivy Chimneys to the junction with Little Gregories Lane a distance of approximately 1155m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080NEA72466854001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground and overhead works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Ivy Chimneys, Bridge Hill, Brook Road, Bower Hill, Stewards Green Road, Mount Road, Epping Lane, London Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, Ongar Road, Abridge Road, Coppice Row, Piercing Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Nursery Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Nursery Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Fairmeadside to its junction with Northfield a distance of approximately 460m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th July 2021 for 40 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001056220 - Caderrt). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Warren Hill, High Road, Upper Park and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Russell Road, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Russell Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road tor a distance of approximately 45m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th July 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001062345 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Palmerston Road, Westbury Road, Russell Road, Gladstone Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sheering Lower Road, Sheering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Sheering Lower Road, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Sheering Road tor a distance of approximately 25m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th July 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008IBA3170Z-01 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Sheering Lower Road, Back Lane, The Street, Harlow Road, Sheering Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tawney Lane, Stapleford Tawney) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tawney Lane, Stapleford Tawney in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1490m northwest then north of its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 270m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th July 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX044101327930 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ferrule replacement works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Tawney Lane, London Road, Epping Lane, Mount Road, Colemans Farm Lane, Banks Lane, Epping Road, Tawney Common and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 15th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.8) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 8th July 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
