Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53, and Paris III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To introduce proposed No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the following lengths of road, Myland, in the Borough of Colchester.

Road Description

Cordelia Drive BOTH SIDES: Continuing from a point approximately 325 metres from its junction with Wildeve Avenue (A134) in a southerly direction for approximately 287 metres.
LedaWay EAST SIDE:
i. From its junction with Lilianna Road, north east then south east to its junction with Burnet Close to a point approximately 85 metres from its junction with Cordelia Drive.

ii. From a point approximately 65 metres north west of Cordelia Drive (at the access to Burnet Close) in a south easterly direction for approximately 65 metres.

Leda Way NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 13 metres from the junction of Cordelia Drive, for the whole of the length of the bay, approximately 22 metres in a north westerly direction.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chitts Hill, West Bergholt/ Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Cooks Lane for a distance of approximately 90m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2021 for 1 night (23:00-08:00) and again 24th July 2021 for 1 night (23:00-08:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL737LTN1 -49-41 -100721/240721 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd).
