(Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.18) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To Revoke Residents Permit Holders Only Mon-Sat 12.30-1.45pm restrictions on the following length of Inglis Road, New Town & Christ Church, in the Borough of Colchester. SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point, in line with trie southern kerb line of Inglis Road, south west for a distance of approximately 19.24 metres to a point 6.8 metres from the start of the existing parking bay, south west for approximately 7.5 metres. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TL985 245 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 7 June 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Various Roads) (Thorpe Road, Clacton on Sea) (20mph Zone) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph zone on the following lengths of roads in the District of Tendring. Road Description
Bramwood Road, Clacton on Sea From its junction with Thorpe Road, for its entire remaining length, including any turning heads.
Oaks Drive, Clacton on Sea From its junction with Bramwood Road for its entire remaining length, including any turning heads.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 10 June 2021.

The Order will come into effect on 10th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(East Street, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of East Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Greenstead Green for a distance of approximately 65m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th June 2021 for 2 nights (23:50 - 04:30), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735C0C-53-17-280621 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grove Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Green Lane to its junction with Wilkin Drive a distance of approximately 205m.
