Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Development of an Alternative Provision education facility, including a 2-storey classroom block and double-height hall; Multi Use Games Area; new vehicular and pedestrian access/egress; parking; landscaping and associated works at Land situated off Walnut Tree Way, Colchester, Essex - CC/COL/34/21
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Colchester Local Plan Development Plan Development Plan Documents, Adopted 2008,2010 and amended 2014; the Colchester Borough Local Plan 2013-2033 (Section 1), Adopted February 2021; and the Emerging Colchester Borough Local Plan 2013-2033 (Section 2) force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement
Area) (Amendment No.20) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Parts
and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To provide parking spaces and electric vehicle charge points for the sole use of electric vehicles for a maximum period of 4 hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm, No Return Within 2 Hours' and Electric Vehicles Charging Only 6pm-8am restriction whilst being charged at the following locations. The electric vehicles occupying the spaces must be plugged in to the electric vehicle charge point. "Electric vehicle" means any vehicle, which is propelled entirely or partially by electricity and is capable of being charged from an external source.
1. To introduce Electric Vehicles Charging bays - 'Electric Vehicles Charging Only 8am-6pm' Max Stay 4 Hours, No Return Within 2 Hours' and 'Electric Vehicles Charging Only 6pm-8ams restrictions on each of the following lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified:
Street Name Description
Wellesley Road  WEST SIDE: located on the western side of Wellesley Road, from the Southern boundary of Colchester High School in a northerly direction for approximately 10 metres.
Tile: TL990 247 Revision 0 to Revision 2
Butt Road SOUTH EAST SIDE: located on the south western side of Butt Road, from the South most point of the layby opposite the junction with Constantine Road, in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10 metres.
Tile: TL985 240 Revision 0 to Revision 2
2. To revoke "Permit Parking Only - B2 - Mon-Sat 8am-6pm restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified:
Street Name Description
Wellesley Road  From the Southern boundary of Colchester High School in a northerly direction for approximately 10 metres.
Tile: TL990 247 Revision 0 to Revision 2
3. To revoke "Permit Holders Only - B3 - Mon-Sat 8am-6pm/Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 30 mins no return within 2hrs restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified:
Street Name Description
Butt Road SOUTH EAST SIDE: From the South most point of the layby opposite the junction with Constantine Road, in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10 metres.
Tile: TL985 240 Revision 0 to Revision 2
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Chelmsford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tiles: TL990 247 Revision 0 to Revision 2 and TL985 240 Revision 0 to Revision 2,

(Hanover Bridge, Peering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hanover Bridge, Feering in the District of Braintree, from its junction with New Road eastward to its junction with Hanover Square a distance of approximately 80m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th May 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2311043 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safely of the public and workforce while fence repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hanover Square, Wills Green, Little Tey Road, Langley Green Road, Old Road, Skye Green Road, Coggeshall Road, The Street, Hanover Bridge and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Queen Street, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queen Street, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Gardeners Row to its junction with Jaggards Road a distance of approximately 75m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th May 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010629268 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Queen Street, Vane Lane, Church Street, Stoneham Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 15th April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
