(PROW 8, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the older: To temporarily close Footpath 8, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Footpath 20, Great Bentley in a general north westerly direction for an approximate distance of 365 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2 April 2021 to 31 July 2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst the construction of site roads are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Footpath 20, Plough Road, Station Road and Birch Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 2 April 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Alexandra Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alexandra Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Alexandra Terrace for a distance of approximately 35m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th April 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03158383539) -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bentley Road, Little Bentley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with A120 for a distance of approximately 120m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th April 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (A5002/ESS-00054-01 -25 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole removal works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd. (Carringtons Road, Great Bromley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Carringtons Road, Great Bromley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Briar Road to its junction with Lilleys Lane a distance of approximately 345m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th April 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MT00110128804 - Affinity Water). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with The Street to its junction with Lane Road a distance of approximately 726m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th April 2021 for 4 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309596-EH2309598 - Essex County Council). (Crow Lane, Weeley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crow Lane, Weeley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Thorpe Road for a distance of approximately 270m in a north easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Harborough Hall Lane, Messing in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 265m south east of its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 150m in a south easterly direction. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Prince Philip Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Monkwick Avenue for a distance of approximately 55m in a south easterly direction. (Spring Road, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spring Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Maldon Road to its junction with Station Road a distance of approximately 185m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th April 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008APR27DJP943EA - Openreach). (St Johns Road, Clacton-On-Sea) (Temporary Introduction of a Prohibition
of Entry/Temporary Introduction of One-Way) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order
1. To temporarily introduce a 'Prohibition of Entry' restriction into that length of St Johns Road, Clacton-On-Sea in the District of Tendring, from St Johns Roundabout.

2. To temporarily introduce a one way restriction in that length of St Johns Road, Clacton-On-Sea in the District of Tendring from St Johns Roundbout to the entrance of St Johns Gardens a distance of approximately 100m (traffic to flow in a westbound direction only).

The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th April 2021 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MT00110118943 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains reinforcement connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

(Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
& Clearway (No.7) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order
2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 8th April 2021 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Colchester, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4.
