Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph zone on the following lengths of roads (Hill Farm Development), (Carters Hill), Boxted in the Borough of Colchester:
Road

Hill Farm Way
From its junction with Carters Hill for its entire remaining length including any side roads or turning heads.
Pippin Drive
From its junction with Hill Farm Way for its entire remaining length.

(Birch Street, Birch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Birch Street, Birch in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 75m south of its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 140m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008IBBHANNY02 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole renewal works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Birch Street, Layer Breton Heath, Layer Breton Hill, Colchester Road, Layer Road, Church Road, High Road, Gosbecks Road, Gosbecks Road Roundabout, Cunobelin Way, Cunobelin Way Roundabout, Olivers Lane, Shrub End Road Roundabout, Maldon Road South, Maldon Road, Birch Park, Orpens Hill, School Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Forge Lane, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary
Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Forge Lane, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring from both of its junctions with St Marys Rectory to its junction with Heckfords Road a distance of approximately 170m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Stopping, No Waiting and No Loading' restriction in that length of Forge Lane, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring from both of its junctions with St Marys Rectory to its junction with Heckfords Road a distance of approximately 170m for the duration of the above closure only.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain In force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 15th March 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2310666 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gully installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via St Marys Rectory, Forge Lane, Heckfords Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Fountain Lane, Copford/Birch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fountain Lane, Copford/Birch in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Birch Road to the junction with Maldon Road a distance of approximately 1285m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309273/ EP201EH2309206 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Frowick Lane, St. Osyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Frowick Lane, St. Osyth in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Flag Hill for a distance of approximately 725m In a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th March 2021 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC111WBPCMD3F002 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT. Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Great Holland Common Road, Clacton-on-Sea & Little Clacton Road, Great Holland in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Sladburys Lane to the junction with Main Road a distance of approximately 1800m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction in that length of Great Holland Common Road, Clacton-on-Sea & Little Clacton Road, Great Holland in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Sladburys Lane to the junction with Main Road a distance of approximately 1800m for the duration of the above closure only.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. (Harwich Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Harwich Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Harwich Grove for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2021 for 1 day then again on 14th March 2021 for 1 day (2x Sundays only), or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010605639/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Harwich Road Roundabout, St Andrews Avenue, Ipswich Road Roundabout, Ipswich Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Brightlingsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Street, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Tower Street for a distance of approximately 52m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th March 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001014117 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. (Hunters Chase, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hunters Chase, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 155m north west of its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 190m in a north westerly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Severalls Lane, Boxted/Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Langham Lane for a distance of approximately 215m in a southerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308624 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stratford Road, Dedham in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 1330m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308493 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & (Fairfax Road/Lucas Road, Colchester) (Temporary Suspension of One Way) (No.5) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.

3. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in those lengths of Fairfax Road and Lucas Road, Colchester as detailed in 'The Borough of Colchester (Fairfax Road and Lucas Road) (One Way) Order 1973.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 25th February 2021 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
