(Church Hill, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Church Hill, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 100m north west of its junction with Thome Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2021 for 1 night (00:10 - 06:40), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735LTN1 -41 -52-070321 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while rail replacement works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Church Street, High Street, Feering Hill, Inworth Road, Kelvedon Road, Maypole Road, Maldon Road, Braxted Park Road, Braxted Road, Henry Dixon Road, Oak Road, Church Road, Park Road, Parkgate Road, Hollow Road, Church Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Coldnailhurst Avenue, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Coldnailhurst Avenue, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Meadowside to its junction with Wentworth Crescent a distance of approximately 60m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (YN124BRA032/CAP/P0LE1 - T-Mobile (UK) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by T-Mobile (UK) Limited. An alternative route is available via Coldnailhurst Avenue, Panfield Lane, Porters Field, Deanery Hill, Church Lane, Church Lane Roundabout, St James Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Feering Hill/London Road, Feering) (Temporary Convoy Working and Temporary Introduction of 10mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily introduce convoy working and a 10mph speed restriction in that length of Feering Hill/London Road, Feering in the District of Brairrtree, from the junction with Spa Road for a distance of approximately 635m in a north easterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 5 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004962 - Barconn Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway resurfacing works are undertaken by Barconn Ltd. Signs will be displayed showing when the restriction will be in force. The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hall Road, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 370m south west of its junction with Church End for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30084761022 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Church End, Kynaston Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Jaspers Green, Shaiford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Jaspers Green, Shaiford in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 132m south east of its junction with Garretts Lane for a distance of approximately 135m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03158226036/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stoptap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Shaiford Road, Shaiford Green, Church End, Braintree Road, Water Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Plums Lane, Bardfield Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily dose that length of Plums Lane, Bardfield Saling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 140m south west of its junction with Bardfield Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010619973 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while box moving works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Elms Farm Road, Bardfield Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rickstones Road for a distance of approximately 1615m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd February 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305735 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Rickstones Road, Crossing Road, Witham Road, Temple Lane, Western Road, Park Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 11th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30 MPH Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.6) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 11th February 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order came into effect on 11th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) & (South Street, Braintree) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 tonne Weight Restriction) (No.4) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5tonne weight restriction in that length of South Street, Braintree from its junction with Silks Way to its junction with Railway Street as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (South Street, Braintree) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2010.

"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 11th February 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network.
