The Redbridge (Parking) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2021 The Redbridge (Waiting & Loading) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 10 February 2021 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6,45,46,49,124 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Orders will be to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of The Redbridge (Kenneth More Road & Oakfield Road) (No. 1) Experimental Order 2019 which came into force on 02 September 2019, The Redbridge (Old Mill Court) (No. 2) Experimental Order 2019 which came into force on 25 October 2019 and The Redbridge (Roden Street) (No. 1) Experimental Order 2020 which came into force on 10 February 2020. These experimental Orders introduced new and amended waiting, loading and parking controls into Chadwick Road (llford), Oakfield Road (llford), Kenneth More Road (llford), Old Mill Court (South Woodford) and Roden Street (llford). A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on Monday 15 February 2021, plans of the relevant roads and the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders can be requested by writing to the Traffic Engineering & Parking Design team, 10th Floor, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, llford, Essex IG1 1NY. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
