(Various Roads, Earls Colne) (20mph Zone) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To Introduce a 20mph zone on the following lengths of roads in Earls Colne, in the District of Braintree:
Road Description
Monks Road From a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Number 23 Monks Road, south east for its entire remaining length.
Holden Way From its junction with Monks Road for its entire length.

(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.5) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 4th February 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear. The Order will come into effect on 4th February 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Bradleys Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with White Ash Green to its junction with Halstead Road a distance of approximately 970m.

2. To temporarily close that length of White Ash Green/Sloe Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree from the junction with Bradleys Lane for a distance of approximately 750m in a south easterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBNCJW5V003/ BC411SAWBNCJW5V001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Halstead Road, Hedingham Road, Market Hill, A131, Russells Road, Halstead Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 22nd January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 175m south east of its junction with Butford Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 70m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th February 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCHNDN1C - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Braintree Road, Bulford Mill Lane and vice versa
The Order came into effect on 22nd January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Parkhall Road, Gosfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parkhall Road, Gosfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 1265m north east of its junction with Beazley End for a distance of approximately 200m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010615167 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Parkhall Road, Church Road, The Street, Hedingham Road, Braintree Road, Halstead Road, Queen Street, Potter Street, Swan Street, Rectory Road, Prayors Hill, Wethersfield Road, Almshouse Green, Blackmore End, Beazley End and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 22nd January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Toldish Hall Road/Church Road, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Toldish Hall Road/ Church Road, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Lucking Street for a distance of approximately 265m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03158069326/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacements works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Toldish Hall Road, Church Street, Dynes Hall Road, Hedingham Road, Head Street, Sudbury Road, Deans Hall Road, Oak Road, Church Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 22nd January 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
