(Bridleway 2, Abberton/Bridleway 12, East Donyland) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Bridleway 2, Abberton/Bridleway 12, East Donyland in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 31 metres north east of Footpath 1, Abberton, north east for approximately 12 metres (entire span of the footbridge).
The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/02/2021 to 26/02/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while a footbridge replacement is undertaken.
The Order will come into effect on 01/02/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.15) Order 202*

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1) To revoke 'No Waiting At Any Time' Restrictions/introduce 'Permit Holders only Parking Area - Zone B2' restrictions on the following lengths of road, in the Borough of Colchester:
A) Revoke 'No Waiting At Any Time' Restrictions and introduce 'Permit Parking Area - Zone B2' on the following length of Gray Road, Colchester.
NORTH SIDE: from a point approximately 12 metres west of its junction with western kerb-line of Hospital Road, west for approximately 15 metres.
B) Revoke 'Permit Parking Area - Zone B2' in Gray Road, Colchester.
NORTH SIDE: from a point approximately 28 metres east of its junction with eastern kerb-line of Oxford Road, eastward for 22 approximately metres.
C) Revoke 'No Waiting At Any Time' Restrictions and introduce 'Permit Parking Area - Zone B2' on the following length of Hospital Road, Colchester:
EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 14 metres north of its junction with northern kerb-line of Gray Road, north for approximately 20 metres.
All residential properties of Beverley Rd, Butt Rd, Cavalry Rd, Creffield Rd, Errington Rd, Gray Rd, Hospital Rd, Inglis Rd, Keble CI., Oxford Rd, Salisbury Av., Wellesley Rd, Wickham Rd, also Maldon Rd 73-99 Odds only, Maldon Rd 76-142 Evens only, Lexden Rd 3-19 Odds only, and Lexden Rd 2-20 Evens only, will be eligible to apply for a permit. (Abberton Road, Layer-de-la-Haye) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abberton Road, Layer-de-la-Haye in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 105m northeast of its junction with The Folly for a distance of approximately 165m in a northeasterly then easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001000427 - Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boxted Road, Great Horkesley and Queens Head Road, Boxted in the Borough of Colchester from the junction with The Causeway to the junction with Straight Road a distance of approximately 2150m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308474 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Burrs Road, Clacton-on-Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burrs Road, Clacton-on-Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Sladburys Lane for a distance of approximately 40m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00818JANEA4XBC33A1 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground structure works are undertaken by BT.

(Fifth Avenue, Frinton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fifth Avenue, Frinton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Upper Second Avenue to its junction with Upper
Third Avenue a distance of approximately 190m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308157 - Essex County Council). Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Fordham Road, Mount Bures/Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Dowling Road to the junction with Crepping Hall Road a distance of approximately 820m. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of London Road, Little Horkesley/Great Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Coach Road to the junction with School Lane a distance of approximately 965m. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hardys Green, Birch inthe Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 95m east of its junction with Hellers for a distance of approximately 110m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 110m 1 st February 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010603028 - Anglian Water).
