(Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 14) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To replace the goods vehicles loading bay on the south side of High Street, Colchester, outside Nos. 52 to 58, with 'Disabled badge holders only Mon - Sat 8 am
- 6pm Maximum Stay 3 Hours' and to replace the disabled badge holders parking place on the south side of High Street, Colchester, outside St Nicholas House, with 'Loading only 8am
- 6pm' in the Borough of Colchester.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TL995 250 with revision 1.

(Boxted Church Road, Great Horkesley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Boxted Church Road, Great Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 165m northeast of its junction with The Causeway for a distance of approximately 55m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30007135484 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Bromley Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring from a point approximately 80m south west of its junction with Spring Valley Lane for a distance of approximately 200m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30081852650 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Chitts Hill, West Bergholt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chitts Hill, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 30m north of its junction with Cooks Lane for a distance of approximately 31 Om in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2298449 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while trial trenches are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Colne Road, Brightlingsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Road, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Promenade Way to its junction with New Street a distance of approximately 280m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st February 2021 tor 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2306901 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crown Lane, Tendring in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 950m south west of its junction with School Lane for a distance of approximately 125m in a south westerly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of New Church Road, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with School Road to its junction with Church Close a distance of approximately 85m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30028733644 - UK Power Networks). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Shair Lane, Tendring in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 260m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th January 2021 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCGDRW3F001 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Third Avenue, Frinton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Holland Road to its junction with The Esplanade a distance of approximately 330m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307807 - Essex County Council). (Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in schedule 1 to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions Dn the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 14th January 2021 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Colchester, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 14th January 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
