The above Order made on 21 October 2010 if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map for the area by:-Adding a length of public Footpath 13 (known locally as Grangers Lane) from Point A on the order plan at Long Green in a generally south westerly, then westerly direction for a distance of approximately 77 metres to join Footpath 12. The width of the way between points A and B varies between 2.4 and 15 metres (as shown shaded in grey on plan 2 attached to the order) reducing to 1.5 metres between points B and C. Documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri at Essex County Council, County Hall, E block main reception, Market Road, Chelmsford if so required following the current social distancing restrictions.

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director for Essex Legal Services, Essex County Council, Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM11QH, to arrive not later than Tuesday 29th December 2020, and it is requested that the grounds on which it is made are stated. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Essex County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections, which have been duly made and not withdrawn, will be sent with it.
