Notice is hereby given
that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for the Demolition of the existing caretakers house and modular store. The erection of a two-storey standalone building comprising 12 classrooms and associated ancillary accommodation to accommodate an additional 300 pupils. The construction of an external corridor to the existing school, entrance canopy and associated refurbishment works to create a 1500 place secondary school with a sixth form at The Colne Community School, Church Road, Brightlingsea CO7 0QL-CC/TEN/114/20
