Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Halstead Road, Fordham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 470m south east of its junction with Penlan Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 425m in a south easterly then southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th September 2020 for 3 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2295764 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Ford Street, Fordstreet Hill, Halstead Road, A12, A120, Colne Road, Coggeshall Road, Upper Holt Street, Lower Holt Street, Colneford Hill, Colchester Road, Tyburn Hill, Colchester Road, Halstead Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Mill Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from both junctions with Severalls Lane to its junction with Northern Approach Road a distance approximately 1880m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd September 2020 for 4 nights (20:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2300016-Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Northern Approach Road, Via Urbis Romanae, Axial Way Cuckoo Farm Way, Severalls Lane, The Crescent, Mill Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Valfreda Way, Wivenhoe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Valfreda Way, Wivenhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Victoria Close for a distance of approximately 50m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30044604019 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Valfreda Way, Britannia Crescent, Rosabelle Avenue, The Avenue, Tower Road, Spring Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Valley Road, Clacton On Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Valley Road, Clacton On Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Old Road Roundabout to its junction with Oxford Road Roundabout a distance of approximately 270m. The closure is scheduled to commence between 21st September 2020 and 3rd October for 2 nights (21:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2286547 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while zebra crossing installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Valley Road, Holland Road, High Street, Carnarvon Road, Wellesley Road Roundabout, Wellesley Road, Olivers Road, Old Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Yewtree Farm Road, Inworth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Yewtree Farm Road, Inworth in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 205m south east of its junction with Kelvedon Road for a distance of approximately 490m in a south easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005PTMS96623D - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Kelvedon Road, Oak Road, Messing Road, Tiptree Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Yewtree Farm Road, Inworth and Kelvedon Road, Messing in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 220m east of the junction with Kelvedon Road, (Inworth) for a distance of approximately 590m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005OP1W000000PTMS6623D & C - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Kelvedon Road, Oak Road, Messing Road, Tiptree Road and vice versa.

(East Gores Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of East Gores Road, Coggeshall in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 575m south of its junction with

Buckleys Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th September 2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005DL1W00000PTMS182068 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via East Gores Road, Buckleys Lane, Buckley's Lane, Tey Road, Coggeshall Bypass, A120 to J A12, Colchester Road, Broad Green, Salmons Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 27th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Edgware Road, Clacton On Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Edgware Road, Clacton On Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Hampstead Avenue to its junction with Neasden Avenue a distance of approximately 285m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2302015 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Neasden Avenue, Hampstead Avenue and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Frating Abbey Farm Road, Frating) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Frating Abbey Farm Road, Frating in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 295m south of its junction with Great Bentley Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2020 for 2 nights (23:50-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735COC-59-74-060920SM - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Newbridge Hill, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Argents Lane to its junction with Whitehouse Lane a distance of approximately 485m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2296670 - Essex County Council). (Pork Lane, Great Holland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pork Lane, Great Holland in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 675m south of the junction with Thorpe Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2020 for 1 night (23:30 - 06:30), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735TWN-66-65-090920 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Priory Road, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Priory Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 325m southeast of its junction with West End Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03157512858-Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stoptap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Braxted Park Road, Maldon Road, West End Road, Priory Road and vice versa.

(Wick Lane, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wick Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Old Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th September 2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC211SEWAPLLD3E003 - BT).
