Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a new Premises License / Variation of Premises, License
The University of Essex Students Union of the Store, Colchester, Have applied to Colchester Borough Council for a variance on its Premises License. This application is for a variance to the current license which runs from 0800 – 2330. The new hours will be 0800 - 0100 to sell alcohol off the premises from Monday to Sunday each week. Representation to this application must be made in writing by 31st August 2020 to Colchester Borough council Licensing authority at Licensing team PO box 889, Town hall Colchester, CO1 1FL. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
