Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The effect of the Order: To introduce and revoke restrictions in the Borough of Colchester as follows: To introduce a Limited Waiting D Zone in High Street, Brook Street and Royal Square, Dedham and therefore revoke 'Limited Waiting 8am-6pm 2hrs No Return Within 2hrs' on High Street and Royal Square and replace with 'Limited Waiting D Zone 8am-6pm 2hrs No Return to D Zone Within 2 hrs' and revoke'Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 2hrs No Return Within 2hrs' on High Street and replace with 'Limited Waiting D Zone Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 2hrs No Return to D Zone Within 2hrs', to introduce 'No waiting at any time' in Whitehall Road and Commerce Way, Colchester. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TM050 330 with rev 1, TM050 327 with rev 1, TM055 330 with rev 1 and TM015 237 with rev 1. (Footpath 69, Myland) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 69, Myland in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Bridleway 233, Myland to its junction with Axial Way. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/04/2020 to 20/10/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while development of land is undertaken. The alternative route will be via Axial Way and Via Urbis Romanae and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20/04/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 26, Myland in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with the underpass, east for a distance of approximately 65 metres.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boxted Road, Great Horkesley in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with The Causeway to its junction with Broad Lane, a distance of approximately 580m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/04/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit

(BC006MU1WBAUSEWAPAGM6H01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken byBT.

An alternative route is available via Boxted Road, Queens Head Road, Redhouse Lane, Straight Road, Horkesley Road, Ivy Lodge Road, The Causeway, Tile House Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 16/04/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Thorpe-Le-Soken) (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of High Street, Thorpe Le Soken in the District of Tendring from its junction with Vicarage Lane to its junction with Landermere Road, a distance of approximately 690m. "The Essex County Council (District of Tendring) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The restriction is scheduled to commence on 27/04/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2282836 - Essex County Council). on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force. 4. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works are scheduled to commence after 16/04/2020, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Telec.

The Order will come into effect on 16/04/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
