Notice of Making of An Order Highways Act 1980 Essex County Council Public Path Extinguishment Order 2020 Footpath 11 StOsyth The above order, made on 7 February 2020, under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish part widths of part of the length of Footpath 11 St Osyth of variable width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from the junction with the publicly maintainable highway known as New House Farm Road running in a generally south easterly then south south easterly direction along land encompassing a vehicular driveway and garden area around a pond for a total distance of approximately 81 metres to point close to the south east corner of the pond.
The above order, made on 7 February 2020, under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish part widths of part of the length of Footpath 11 St Osyth of variable width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from the junction with the publicly maintainable highway known as New House Farm Road running in a generally south easterly then south south easterly direction along land encompassing a vehicular driveway and garden area around a pond for a total distance of approximately 81 metres to point close to the south east corner of the pond.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge atTendring District Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley, CO16 9AJ and at Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Robert Lee, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 26 March 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
(Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19 Effect of the order:
To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the Schedule.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 22/02/2020 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. Access will be maintained for emergency services.
The Closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst road widening works are undertaken on behalf of Essex County Council. For all enquiries please contact Essex County Council.
The Order came into effect on 22/02/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gray Road, Colchester, in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 35m east of its junction with Oxford Road for a distance of approximately 25m in an easterly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dowling Road, Mount Bures in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 130m southwest of its junction with Peartree Hill for a distance of approximately 130m in a westerly direction.
