(Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 20m south of its junction with Witney Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/01/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143356494 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

An alternative route is available via High Street, Station Road, Western Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 02/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Loamy Hill Road, Tolleshunt Major) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Loamy Hill Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 500m southeast of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 210m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/01/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0007JANEARTW688 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Loamy Hill Road, Maldon Road, Colchester Road, Chapel Road, Plains Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 12/2/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Foxhall Road, Steeple & Foxhall Road/Highlands Hill, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Foxhall Road, Steeple and Foxhall Road/Highlands Hill, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Maylands Hill to the junction with Steeple Road, a distance of approximately 2495m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/20 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00WAJV886C09 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree surgery works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Steeple Road, David Fisher Way, Scotts Hill, Southfield Way, Southminster Road, Main Road, Burnham Road -B1018 and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Glebe, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Glebe, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 75m west of its junction with Pump Lane for a distance of approximately 70m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/01/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034828092 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Lodge Lane, Chelmsford Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Captains Wood Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Captains Wood Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 90m southwest of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0133379503-Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

An alternative route is available via Maypole Road, Prince of Wales Road, Maldon Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
