(Footpath 8, Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019

Further to notices: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 13/11/2019 and 4/12/2019.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 8, Tendring Parish, in the District of Tendring, from its junction with B1035 Heath Road heading in an easterly direction for approximately 700 metres to its junction with Footpath 3, Tendring Parish. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25 December 2019 for 6 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public due to damaged footbridge. The alternative route for the closure of will be via Footpath 3, Tendring Parish and the footway of B1035 Heath Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 25 December 2019 and may continue in force for 6 months unless extended by the Secretary of State.
