Notice Is Hereby Given That Essex County Council has received a planning application from Tarmac for Continuation of quarry reinstatement with inert fill to part agriculture, part nature conservation and part open water, without compliance with conditions 50 (Operations complete by 30th June 2019) and 51 (Restoration by 30th June 2019) attached to planning permission ref (ESS/07/18/TEN) to allow for an extension of time to complete restoration by 30th June 2020 at Wivenhoe Quarry, Alresford Road, Essex, Wivenhoe, CO7 9JU -ESS/43/19/TEN
The proposal may affect the setting of Keelars Farmhouse and Kellars Farmstead which are Grade 2 Listed Buildings. The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Essex Minerals Local Plan, Adopted July 2014, and the Essex Waste Local Plan, Adopted July 2017, in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. (St Peters Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Peters Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with East Street to its junction with Colne Road, a distance of approximately 445m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2019 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002697 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Church Green, Church Street, Market Hill, East Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 25th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
