(Footpath 22, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Further to a notices: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 27 May 2019. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 22,
Ardleigh, in the District of Tendring from its junction with The Street,
west for a distance of approximately 70 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 June 2019 for 6 months
or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and
is required for the safety of the public while construction works are
undertaken.
The alternative route will be via: The Street and then south along new created footpath to its junction with Footpath 22 and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 1 June 2019 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 6 June 2019

Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Essex
The Essex County Council Definitive Map Modification No. 647 Restricted Byways 36 Ardleigh and 21 Elmstead (Tendring District) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council on 17 May 2019 confirmed the above mentioned Order and it took effect on that date The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map for the County of Essex by:-
Upgrading lengths of Foothpath 36 Ardleigh and Footpaths 2 and 21 Elmstead to restricted byway as follows:-
1. A length of Footpath 36 Ardleigh, from Point A on the order plan at Wivenhoe Road, in an easterly direction, for a distance of approximately 434 metres to point B on the parish boundary with Elmstead is upgraded to restricted byway. 2 A length of Footpath 21 Elmstead from Point B on the order plan at the junction with restricted byway 36 Ardleigh, in a south easterly direction for a distance of 236 metres then turning south west for a distance of 73 metres before resuming a south easterly course for a distance of 381 metres to Point C, is upgraded to restricted byway 3. A length of Footpath 2 Elmstead from point C on the order plan, in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 70 metres to join Point D is upgraded to restricted byway, to be recorded as part of restricted byway 21. And adding a length of restricted byway as follows 1. A length of restricted byway 21 Elmstead continuing from point D on the Order plan in a south south westerly direction for a distance of 84 metres then turning west for a distance of 44 metres to meet the unclassified road known as Allens Lane at Point E. A copy of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Tendring District Council Planning Offices Thorpe Road Weeley Essex CO16 9AJ, and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, Chelmsford, where copies will be available on request at a charge.
If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 have not been complied with in relation to it, he may within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 15 to the Act. (Various Roads, District of Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.12) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Tendring as specified in schedule 1 to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 30th May 2019, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks. org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Walnut Tree Way, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Walnut Tree Way, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Maypole Road to its junction with Oak Road, a distance of approximately 505m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th June 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2276582 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gully cover replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Oak Road, Maypole Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier


(Jankes Green Road, Mount Bures) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Jankes Green Road, Mount Bures in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 575m east of its junction with Bures Road for a distance of approximately 65m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th June 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010542910 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new water connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water
An alternative route is available via Boarded Barn Road, Spring Gardens Road, Colchester Road, Station Road, Bures Road, Lower Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier


(Garlands Road, Birch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Garlands Road, Birch in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Pudding Lane to its junction with Birch Park, a distance of approximately 1300m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th June 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2274025 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Colchester Road, Layer Breton Hill, Layer Breton Heath, Garlands Road, Birch Road, Birch Park, Church Road, Layer Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 30th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier


(Wivenhoe Road, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wivenhoe Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Bromley Road for a distance of approximately 690m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th June 2019 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WSEP00IBUP24RF07 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Colchester Road, Clacton Road, Clacton Road, Brightlingsea Road, A133, Boundary Road, Greenstead Roundabout, Avon Way, Longridge, Bromley Road, Tye Road, Wivenhoe Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier


(Spring Valley Lane, Ardleigh & Jubilee Lane, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Spring Valley Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Bromley Road to its junction with John De Bois Hill, a distance of approximately 1550m.

2. To temporarily close that length of Jubilee Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Bromley Road to its junction with Spring Valley Lane, a distance of approximately 445m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 25th June 2019 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC006MU1WSEP00IBUP24RF06/05 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Bromley Road, Parsons Heath Roundabout, Parsons Heath, Fox Street, John De Bois Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier


(Straight Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Straight Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from it junction with James Carter Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th June 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010548037 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water An alternative route is available via London Road, Lexden Road, Southway, Maldon Road Roundabout, Balkerne Hill, Maldon Road, Shrub End Road, Straight Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 30th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
