BOYLAN Pamela Jean Jim, David, Elaine and Jayne would like to thank all those who attended Pam's funeral and for the many cards, flowers and donations to SERV (Service by Emergency Rider Volunteers). A special thank you to all at Hunnaball, especially Tracy and Maxine, The Reverend Canon Pat Prestney and all at The Officers' Club for helping us create a very lovely, personal service. Our sincere thanks to all the staff at CGH Haematology Department and St. Helena Hospice for their care and support. Thank you all.
