Councillor Peter De-Vaux Balbirnie MBE and his Wife Mavis Wish all the residents of Tendring a very Happy Christmas and very best wishes for a happy, healthy and peaceful 2015. Special thanks to all the services throughout the district who look after our health and wellbeing and keep us safe, and special thoughts are with those who will be away from home during the holiday season and many who are facing challenges as a result of the continuing economic cutbacks. As in the past few years, in lieu of Christmas cards, we will be donating to charities that are close to our hearts and will benefit local residents.
