DOWMAN Joe (Ernest) Passed away at Brightlingsea Stronvar Care Home on 31st October 2021, aged 95 years. A loving Husband to the late Joan. Dearly beloved Dad of Steve, Julie and Terry. A dear Father-in-law of Lynn, Paul and Joanne. Much loved Grandad of Hayley, Shaun, Leanne, Ria, Becky and Georgia. Much loved Great Grandad of Isla, Freya, Joseph, Iris and Audrey. A wonderful man who was loved by all his family and friends who knew him. Funeral Service to be held at St James Church Brightlingsea on the 14th December at 1pm, followed by burial at All Saints Churchyard Brightlingsea. Family flowers only.
