DOWDESWELL William James "Bill" On 16th May peacefully in hospital, Bill of Walton-on-the-Naze, aged 74 years. Much loved Husband of Rita, dearest Father to Nicola and David and a loving Grandad to Daisy, Holly and Amber and a dear Brother to Brenda. Due to present circumstances there will be a private family funeral service. A memorial service will be arranged at a later date.
