RATCLIFFE Ronald Frank Former Royal Naval Leg.Tactical Officer, Metropolitan Police Officer and Loyal Servant to the Crown passed away peacefully aged 82. Devoted Husband to Rita, much loved Father to Amanda and Emma, special Grandpa to Lilirose, Piers and Laurel, proud Brother to Charles, Tony and Irene and special Uncle to Tracy. A true gentlemen, who will be missed by so many whose lives he touched. Donations to Help for Heroes and sent c/o East of England Co-op Funeral Services, 1-3 Chapel Road, Tiptree CO5 0RA
