COLLINS Rowland Frank Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 27th February 2019, aged 65. Beloved Husband to Sheila, much loved Dad to Sarah and Samantha and adored Grandad to Nathan, Paige and Tyler. Sadly missed. Funeral service to take place at Colchester Crematorium on Monday 1st April 2019 at 1.15pm.
