These services include the reinstatement and refurbishment of property after subsidence and structural movement, flood, fire and impact damage.
D R ROUSE BUILD LTD also holds approved installer status for Thor Helical Remedial, and our specialist teams can install industry recognised helical and resin systems with the minimum of disruption and mess. We also then have the facility to draw on the services of our in house tradesmen so we can reinstate and complete the finishes if necessary. This gives the client the complete design, management, repair and finishes in one package to save the need to call on, and coordinate different trades.

All work is carried out under full supervision, we ensure all necessary Health and Safety Plans are put in place, and we can also arrange all necessary Building Notices if required
