Beatingangercolchester is a service arm of the British Association of Anger Management and deliver anger management courses for Individuals, Couples, Families and Young People. These courses can be delivered wither on a one to one basis or as part of a larger group.
You will work with a fully trained facilitator, addressing items such as Stress, Feelings and Emotions, Sources of Anger, Communication Styles, Conflict Resolution, Anger Styles, Regressive Anger, Defence Mechanisms, The Angry Brain, The Eight Rules Of Anger Management, Strategies for Defusing Anger and Reducing Physiological Arousal In Others, Management of Anger Cycles, Problems Associated with Anger, Quick Tips to Manage Your Anger and Do's and Don'ts In Arguments.
The aim of the course is to give you insight and appreciation into your own feelings and emotions, the role of stress in your life, and of course to give you a thorough understanding of what exactly anger is and how to express your anger in a clear and healthy way through the using the rules and processes that you will be taught.
