Company Background Nayland Care Agency ,established in September 2001 offers a unique combination of premier home health care and social care training through our own accredited, award winning training centre. We believe that by employing competent and well-educated staff and providing them with organized and responsive management, we can become the social care service of choice in Suffolk
and Essex. Our niche is providing accessible home care to people living in remote areas. We have current capacity in Essex and Suffolk.
Based in Ipswich Suffolk, the service operates from quality office space from 170 -172 Ranelagh Road Ipswich IP2 0AB, a main thoroughfare near to the town centre. We have staff based throughout Essex and Suffolk.
Consumers of our services are those individuals and families in need of home health care and/or social care training. These customers are usually referred by other health care professionals such as social workers, hospital discharge teams,GP’s and other care providers. Our agency has already developed an excellent reputation with many of these professionals by specialising in assisting those living in remote areas to access care services.
Overall Aims;
Develop our home care and training organisation to deliver a key part of the National Service Framework for Older People by training our staff in the area of screening of the over 75’s and venepuncture and to identify those at risk of increasing dependency, allowing early detection and prevention of disease. The unique delivery of the service will assist GP practises by alleviating current routine workloads by visiting patients and help to promote cost effective service delivery.

General scope of services The agency is engaged in the provision of care support services to individual clients in their own homes. These services are based upon an assessment of need, at the time the contract commences, and reflect the requirements of a Personal
Care Plan.
Care support services are provided in the following areas:
• Dressing, undressing, into and out of bed etc;
• Personal hygiene, grooming etc;
• Health;
• Food;
• Housekeeping;
• Social, Leisure etc;
• Helping clients with their personal affairs.
