College's big game
COLNE Football College embark on their most important game of the season today.
Victory over their main Conference Youth Central League title rivals Thurrock will be enough to clinch the title for the Brightlingsea-based squad.
Colne, who are coached by Colchester United legend Micky Cook, are sitting pretty at the top of the league with 53 points.
Thurrock are the only team that can catch Colne, who have headed the league from the beginning of the season.
Cook said: "It would be a fantastic achievement if we can pull it off."
The champions of each regional league will go into a national play-off.
