FOUR tries from Damien Brambley helped Colchester to an impressive win at Bracknell.

The visitors secured a 46-24 National League division three London and South East Victory.

Colchester made a quick start to the game when Ben Murphy crossed for a try after five minutes.

But Colchester’s Olly Picket was sent to the sin bin when the back row failed to roll away.

However, it didn’t seem to affect Colchester as they went further in front when Brambley forced his way over.

James Crozier added the conversion to go 12-0 up.

Colchester put pressure on the Bracknell scrum, stole the ball and Dan Whiteman grabbed a converted try for a 19-0 lead.

Owen Herbert then added another try to make it 24-0.

After the break, Colchester continued in the same vein when a well worked try saw Herbert score and Crozier add the conversion.

Brambley used his pace to score another try and put the visitors 36-0 ahead.

But Bracknell came back to reduce the deficit to 36-17.

However, Brambley completed his hat-trick to put Colchester 41-17 ahead.

Bracknell answered with a converted tries make it 41-24.

But Brambley added a fourth try to close out the game 46-24.
