Danny Haynes is expecting a decent reception from the Portman Road crowd tomorrow – and he is likely to get one.

The winger left Ipswich Town for Bristol City in the summer, with many memorable moments in tow.

He was one of the first to be shown the door by manager Roy Keane, who took over last April.

But it hasn’t stopped Haynes from shining in the Championship this season.

He was in electric form in City’s televised 2-1 defeat to West Bromwich Albion last Sunday.

“I hope I’ll get a decent reception (at Ipswich) and I never showed them any hard feelings when I left,” he said.
