David Healy stepped off the bench to rescue a hard-earned point for Ipswich Town at Scunthorpe.
The striker had only been on the pitch a few minutes when he slid home his first goal for the club, capitalising on good work by Jon Walters.
The Iron had just gone in front after a close-range header by Cliff Byrne.
