Colchester United’s Medy Elito is hoping to continue his electric form after playing his part in a remarkable 11-goal thriller.
The skilful U’s youngster is currently on a month’s loan at Cheltenham Town and helped them bag a stunning 6-5 win at Burton Albion.
Elito scored in the Robins’ amazing win in the Coca-Cola League Two clash at the Pirelli Stadium, last weekend.
The 19-year-old has made a fine start to life for Cheltenham, earning himself the man-of-the-match award on his debut against Chesterfield.
And after being sent out on loan by U’s manager Aidy Boothroyd, the England under-19 international said there is plenty more to come from him.
Elito told the Gazette: “In my first game for Cheltenham I got man-of-the-match and in the second game, I scored."
