Brightlingsea bow out of the Essex Senior Cup
BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent bowed out of the Essex Senior Cup after a 4-1 defeat at Brentwood Town tonight.
James Webster's side found themselves three-down at half-time, in the third-round tie.
Ricky Griggs pulled one back early in the second period, converting from close range after a low cross from the left.
But Brentwood netted again to seal their victory and book their place in the last 16.
