Manager Alan Kimble has parted company with Maldon and Tiptree.
The news that he and assistant Anwar Uddin had left the Park Drive club was confirmed on Saturday afternoon.
Kimble managed to keep the Jammers in the Ryman League division one north on the last day of the season.
And a defiant Kimble then spoke of his ambition to take the team into the play-offs next year.
However, a statement on the club’s website said: “Alan Kimble has left his role as First Team Manager.
“Alan's assistant, Anwar Uddin has also left the club. Anwar has now become the Manager of Essex Senior League side, Sporting Bengal.
“Everyone at the club would like to thank both Alan & Anwar for their efforts whilst involved with the club and we wish them the very best for the future.”
