COLCHESTER United defender Tom Eastman says he and his team-mates are desperate for back-to-back victories.
Two straight wins have eluded the side so far, during their League One campaign.
But after Saturday’s 1-0 triumph at Oldham Athletic, they have a chance to put the record straight when MK Dons visit the Weston Homes Community Stadium tonight.
“It’s something the players are aware of,” said centre-half Eastman, who was pivotal in Saturday’s win at Boundary Park.
“And it’s something we’d love to achieve soon, because it’s eluded us so far.
“MK Dons are one of the better teams in the league so we know how difficult it’s going to be tonight.
“But it was a massive win for us at Oldham, on Saturday.
“Three points on the road has given the whole team a lift and after a down week, because of the two previous results, it was nice to bounce back.”
